• June 19, 2011: Falling Skies is Walking Dead with Aliens instead of Zombies…
  - The premier of Falling Skies happened on the 19th, I really enjoyed it, but it literally was Walking Dead w/Aliens… basically smarter zombies. Looking forward to more.
• June 22, 2011: That skit should have gone longer.
  - This is in reference to Ryan vs Ryan part deux. If you don’t know, Bobby Ryan vs Ryan Getzlaf, Silver vs Gold, in a rematch of rematches… wish there was more, but it was funny nonetheless. 
• June 22, 2011:  Gagahshahahshsaja
  - I can always count on someone to RT my drunken tweets… this here is just the tip of the iceberg. My memory of that night was basically erased. But I know I had a good time from what @Ducks54 told me.
• June 23, 2011: Around the Horn basically said the vote for MVP by the writers association was more important then the one voted for by players. I concur.
  - Around the Horn, one of the more entertaining shows on ESPN, had a debate on which MVP award was better… the smarter choice won.
• June 25, 2011: Rule #32: Enjoy the little things.
  - A great rule from a great film, Zombieland. Simple rule to live by.

That’s it for TWiRTs, my tweet count goes down when I’m in Vegas because well… I’m in Vegas and I can’t be arsed to tweet as often as I normally do. Being able to set a date and time to publish a post on tumblr is very advantageous. I started this 6/17, to post early Sunday morning. Let’s see how it turns out. Here’s this week’s edition of This Week in ReTweets:

• June 12, 2011: Was going to watch Super 8… but realized it wasn’t about Teemu Selänne. (I’ll probably still watch it anyways)
  - Because really… he is the only 8 one should care about… Ovech who?
• June 12, 2011: If I was a billionaire… I’d be an owner just like Marc Cuban.
  - I did spell his name wrong, yes… but ever since he owned the team, I was a semi-fan of the Mavs, just because he’s a passionate fan that shows his emotion at the games… and gives a whole lot back to the fan base. He gave round trip tickets to everyone in attendance of a Mavs game for Fan Appreciation Night, and paid out of pocket for Dallas’ Championship parade. Classy.
• June 13, 2011: Hasa Diga Eebowai you’d never think something like this would make it on Broadway let alone win a Tony. Can’t wait to see The Book of Mormon
  - The Book of Mormon is a hit Tony winning show on Broadway. This phrase is blasphemous… look it up. But the South Park guys are genius… that’s it… and that’s that.
• June 13, 2011: @Todrick LOL… wenis = stretchy skin on your elbow.
  - @Todrick mentioned his elbow pain and I asked if his wenis got hit by a puck… then had to explain what a wenis was… which isn’t official… but if it’s on Urban Dictionary, it has to be real, right?
• June 14, 2011: @ChelseaItAll One of my favorites. Makes me want to go to a Food Mart and recreate the My Sharona scene… Evian is Naive spelled backwards.
  - Bonus points for you if you know what movie this was from. If you don’t… then congratulations on graduating from High School recently…
• June 15, 2011: I put money on the Bruins to win… so congratulations to the Canucks on winning the Stanley Cup.
  - This statement was made before the result of the game. My sports bets notoriously have had awful results. This fact changed…
• June 15, 2011: Ah the Rogers arena… best Costco location ever.
  - Truly the best. Why pay however much for a hot dog at the arena, when you can buy one for $1.50 Canadian and it comes w/a Fresca… that’s right… FRESCA! I want Fresca here… readily available… at Costcos nationwide… that and Poutine…
• June 15, 2011: Last team to win the cup at home… the Anaheim Ducks… lets keep it that way.
  - So much better to win at home… the Ducks finished off each series that year at home… seeing the 4 different sets of handshakes that year made me happy…
• June 15, 2011: Luongo getting mocked chants here at the sports bar… that I approve.
  - I was a Lagasse Stadium, hugenormous sports book in Vegas in the Palazzo. Not many (if any) sports books have a full service bar and restaurant built in…
• June 15, 2011: Some guy in here put $100k on the Canucks to win… holy shit.
  -This guy was none other then professional poker player Greg Mueller. I knew who he was walking into this huge place of a sports book, because I frequently watch Poker After Dark, where he plays big money games. His name just escaped me at the time. I also knew he played some puck and grew up in Vancouver… as someone pointed out… Sucks to be him… although I’m thinking that $100k wasn’t a big deal to him….
• June 15, 2011: 9 more minutes and I’m in the money.
  - It was gut check time… score was 3-0 and as long as there was less then 5 goals scored and the Bruins held on… winner winner, chicken dinner. Sure enough, I won my bet, but it was a close call since Vancouver emptied their net… I’m just glad they didn’t keep it empty to let another goal in. Money!
• June 15, 2011: Don’t be stupid Friday should be dedicated to the Vancouver Canuckleheads rioting after a game 4 loss. @garyanddino
  - Another mistake made here, since I said “game 4 loss”… total epic fail on my part… but even more so of an epic fail to the evil citizens of Vancouver… what crap was that. Who do you think you are… Los Angeles? I mean… first you take Hollywood and film all the good shit there… now you take after the LA Riots? What’s next? A few NBA teams? Wait, you tried that already? Ok… nevermind.
• June 16, 2011: I wake up to see a 141 point move on words with friends by @IceTrojan… dammit dude.
  - Truly a rude awakening… I’m still only down 37 points, but it isn’t my turn, and there’s about 30 tiles left remaining. I could stage a comeback.

So right now it’s only early Friday morning… and I’m just being proactive, because my RT count increased this week due to hockey… which I’m going to miss. If I get RT’d today or tomorrow, I will add that below… if not… hope you enjoyed this week’s TWiRT… are you a TWiRT? That’s what she said.

• June 17, 2011: Could have been better. The first flight animated film felt truer. I still enjoyed it… but I’m obviously super biased. #GreenLantern
  - My thoughts on the Green Lantern film. Being a fan, I liked it, but expected much much more. Sad, because I probably won’t be getting a second film.
• June 18, 2011: So… “Monte Carlo”?… I think I liked it better when it was called “The Lizzie McGuire Movie”.
  - 2 Selena Gomez’s in one film… Just like when there were 2 Hilary Duff’s and possibly just like when there were 2 Lindsay Lohans…

  - June 6th, an anniversary to remember. Ducks won the Stanley Cup, and I recorded a video of it happening. I get teary eyed every time… I miss my season seats.
• June 7, 2011: Lacrosse? They couldn’t stick with basketball? It’s not the same… #TeenWolf
  - Teen Wolf, a Michael J. Fox classic, is remade into a TV series by MTV… it’s not the same story… whatsoever. MTV is ruining my childhood! Damnit!
• June 8, 2011: Thinking about actually picking up some games for my XBOX 360, any suggestions on some good old games I should pick up used?
  - RTd to gather suggestions. Still not sure what to get. Someone suggested I buy some Microsoft points and get some games that way, might just do that.
• June 9, 2011: I know what game I could get… Halo, right? I’ve never really played it. Is it worth it?
  - Halo seems like a popular game, but not sure I really want to play that. I rather play CoD on PS3… right now my 360 is a nice media player that plays files off my PC.
• June 10, 2011: If you were/are planning to buy an AP at Disneyland, I suggest you buy them today or tomorrow. Save yourself up to $50. Price goes up Sunday
  - Annual passes went up today (June 12th), Deluxe passes went from $329 to $379, Premium passes went from $459 to $499… not sure how much the SoCal resident passes went up… and it now costs a whopping $80 for a day at Disneyland or California Adventure. Hope your piggy banks are full kiddies.
• June 10, 2011: Are the pipes nicknamed Luuuu now?
  - Canuck fans yell “Luuuuuuu” every time he makes a save… and every time the posts make a save… I just want to yell “Looooooo… ser” every time. His Canucks are up 3 games to 2 with game 6 in Boston. If the Canucks win, then the Ducks remain the last team to win the cup at home… I still like that distinction. So much better to win at home.
• June 11, 2011: The Cutting Edge: Going for the Gold is on. Am I watching it? Possibly…
  - Christy Carlson Romano… nuff said.
